Kelly Jae’s Cafe made the difficult decision to close and not offer carryout food during the quarantine. While that was supposed to be temporary owner Kelly Graff says there is no way she can reopen and maintain the restaurant.Kelly Jae’s has been in downtown Goshen for twelve years. With the governor’s phase in plan the restaurant would have only been able to operate 8 tables in the dining room and none in their bar. She did apply for a PPP loan from the government but did not receive it.Graff said it has been a joy to serve the Goshen community and meet so many wonderful people.
